Consultant Trainee
Job Purpose:
The Consultant Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including Talent Management, HR Operations, and Compensation & Benefits. This role is designed to prepare the trainee for a future Consultant position within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Human Resources
- At least 6 months of experience in the HR field
Creative and Analytics Officer
Key Duties/ Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling creative content across various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually stunning graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets that align with our brand identity.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final production, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources (e.g., foot traffic, sales, customer feedback) to inform marketing strategies and operational decisions
- Work closely with the marketing team to interpret analytics reports and provide insights that help optimize campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of creative content, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in creating reports that showcase the impact of creative work on overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content across all channels, using data to inform future creative strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Academic and Professional Qualifications and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insights that support marketing efforts.
- Experience in analyzing external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access) and campaign management software tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design, web development, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Business Systems Analyst
Reporting to the Head of Operations the business systems analyst will be mandated to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, design and implement effective system solutions, and continuously optimize both customer-facing and internal business processes for enhanced efficiency
Duties and Responsibilities
Gather and Analyze Business Requirements
- Interview stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and business goals.
- Document, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable system specifications.

Design and Implement Solutions

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP
- Project management certification will be an added advantage
- At least three (3) years of experience
