Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile account payables, receivables and warehouse Stocks
- Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliations
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets, cash flow and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Must be good in financial data interpretations and presentations
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Accountant Not less than 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP, FreshBooks and QuickBooks, most preferable acquaintance with SAP software
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to Business mission.
- Accountability and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce (Finance or Accounting Option)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in commercial.
- Certified public accountant (CPAK) or any Credit Management course
