The Africa School of Project Management (ASPM) was established in the year 2000 in Kenya as a membership based professional management organisation. The school was formed to address capacity building needs among development partners, donor organizations, Government agencies, International and private sector firms in Africa. The school has been pivotal in capacity building in South Sudan, South Africa, Botswana, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Congo, Somalia, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda. The school has trained over 12,000 staffs who are involved in different projects and also conducted surveys, evaluations and research in different projects and businesses in Africa.

Job Description.
- Supports delivery of training in one or more areas of training content by scheduling sessions, registering students, and completing training records.
- Supports training coordination; provides training and guidance, problem solving and customer service.
- Performs data entry functions; maintains, inputs, corrects and updates data; verifies data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepares standard and ad hoc reports.
- Designs and prepares electronic documents, training announcements and reminders.
- Prepares program materials and support documents.
- Offering basic technical support for audiovisual equipment, online platforms, or software used during training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Project Management or Social Sciences or equivalent is required
- Experience in the NGO world or in Donor funded projects will be an added advantage
- Experience in standard software applications is required Experience in writing, and communication
- Ability to work in an independent manner to complete the given assignments is required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, from administrative work to participant support.
