Job Purpose

Primarily responsible for providing transactional support to Wealth Management as well as opening and maintaining of accounts in the systems, also responsible in safekeeping and monitoring of transactional, legal documents and securities

Main Accountabilities

  • Processing of Client’s Transactions – Receives clients’ instructions and then prepares necessary AARS instruction to process client’s withdrawal, contribution, and investment instructions. Ensures correct details are inputted in the AARS instruction that will be forwarded to the respective implementers and processors.
  • Records Management – Receives, sorts, indexes, scans and safe keeps all trust related documents of clients. Processes account opening and maintenance functions of trust clients in various AMTC systems and platforms. Manages all necessary documentary requests of clients and AMTC personnel.
  • End of day Balancing and Transaction Reporting – Conducts daily end of day balancing to ensure all instructions received were duly processed, and processed correctly. Submits reports related to Client Support and Records Management functions. Tracks transaction count and number of errors per processes.
  • Process Improvements – Proposes and implements needed process improvements and updates to ensure clients’ needs and transactions are implemented efficiently, accurately and effectively.
  • Administrative duties and overall responsibilities – Ensures proper upkeep of working area and performs other duties that will be deemed necessary. Ensures compliance to bank policies regarding employee conduct.
