Our client is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to spearhead LinkedIn outreach efforts, focusing on connecting with senior executives and C-suite professionals. This role requires building meaningful relationships, setting appointments, and engaging with high-level stakeholders to maximize conversion rates and drive growth in the target demographic.

Location:

Fully remote (Work from home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Lead Generation: Strategically manage direct messaging and lead generation on LinkedIn, focusing on businesses with 50-500 employees and senior executives.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule 1-3 appointments per week with senior-level professionals using Calendly.
  • Engagement & Follow-Up: Conduct strategic conversations on LinkedIn, engage with buyer personas, and perform follow-ups with leads via email.
  • Social Media Community Engagement: Maintain active engagement on LinkedIn and Meta, responding to messages and participating in relevant community discussions.
  • Targeted Outreach: Develop a thorough understanding of the target demographic to conduct effective, high-conversion outreach.

Success Indicators:

  • Consistent Lead Flow: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads on LinkedIn, resulting in regular, high-quality appointments.
  • Conversion Rates: Achieve high conversion rates through strategic, targeted outreach.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage within LinkedIn and Meta communities, building relationships with potential clients.
  • Professionalism: Display strong emotional intelligence and professionalism in all lead and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in lead generation, appointment setting, and LinkedIn outreach, ideally with senior-level professionals.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong EQ, with the ability to connect effectively via social media interactions.
  • Social Media Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn and Meta for lead generation and engagement.
  • Organized & Self-Motivated: Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed in managing outreach and setting appointments.
