How To Register For Teachers Service Commission AON Minet Medical Scheme.
AON Minet Self-Service Portal: collaborationkenya.minet.com
The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, with the help of AON Minet, has a medical cover for teachers and dependants.
To register your self on the TSC AON Minet Medical Scheme, follow these simple steps.
1. How to Self-Register via USSD Code:
Dial the USSD Code:
Using your Safaricom or Airtel line, dial *865#, and click send.
Select Self Registration:
Once prompted, select option 1- “Self Registration,” and click send.
Enter Your Details:
Enter your TSC number and National ID number as requested.
Give your full names, designation, e.g., Teacher, Principal, Deputy Principal, and gender.
Confirm Registration:
The system will display the information you have input. If correct, confirm by clicking “Yes.”
You will get a confirmation message showing you have successfully registered.
2. How to Register Dependents:
Access dependent registration:
Dial *865# again.
Click option 1 for “Register dependents” and send.
Select Dependent Type:
Click on the dependent type you want to register; it could be a Spouse, Son, or Daughter.
Input Dependent Information:
For each of the dependants fill the dependant details such as full name, date of birth and ID number/ birth certificate number.
Additional Dependents:
Repeat above for each dependant that you want to register
3. Biometric Registration:
How to get Serviced:
Visit an Accredited Service Provider:
Look for a service provider accredited by AON Minet using the USSD code *340# from your Safaricom or Airtel line
Give TSC Number:
With your TSC number for identification, present yourself at the service provider’s premises for identification
Get One-Time Pin (OTP):
The service provider shall generate an OTP and send it to the registered mobile number.
Biometric Registration:
You shall share the OTP with the service provider.
You shall be requested to place your index finger and thumb on the biometric device for fingerprint registration.
Note:
Children below 5 years will be enrolled under the parent or an appointed guardian.
4. Upload Required Documents:
Login to the Document Upload Portal:
Access the AON Minet Self-Service Portal: https://collaborationkenya.minet.com/tsc.
Personal Information Details to be Given:
Full name, mobile phone number, TSC number, and short description of the document being uploaded.
Attach Documents and Upload:
“Choose file” to select the document from your device.
Click “Upload” to upload the document.
Repeat this for every document required.
5. Access to Medical Services:
Get Lister Hospitals:
Dial *340# from your Safaricom or Airtel line to get a list of accredited hospitals. Medical Services:
Visit an accredited hospital with your TSC number and the registered mobile number to get medical services at the hospitals. Additional Information:
Eligibility for Dependents:
One legal spouse
Up to four unmarried biological and legally adopted children, aged 38 weeks-old, full-term birth, to 18 years, extendable to 25 years if enrolled in a recognized post-secondary institution.
No age limit for children with disabilities.
