Job Description: We are seeking dynamic, experienced instructors to develop and teach courses on a wide range of subjects within educational technology, digital learning, AI, and pedagogy. As an instructor with the Fay Institute of eLearning, you will have the flexibility to design your own curriculum, work with a diverse group of learners, and help shape the future of digital education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality online courses that align with our curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Use multimedia and interactive tools to enhance the learning experience and promote student engagement.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students, ensuring they meet course goals and objectives.
- Continuously assess and refine course content based on student feedback, data, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to improve course materials and keep content up to date.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and engage in the community of instructors.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in educational technology, instructional design, AI in education, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online learning environment.
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS systems, multimedia content creation, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to engage and motivate adult learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- A passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
