Spritz Hair Studio Hiring Customer Care Executive
The Customer Care Executive will play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and oversee the overall customer experience .By interacting with clients and maintaining strong relationships and helping to improve service standards.
Responsibilities
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and well taken care of
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Staff training on customer expectations & salon policies to keep the team updated on customer care best practices
- Set the brand image and ensure brand consistency
- Manage customer retention programs
- Respond to client reviews
- Ensure service quality and standards
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in public relation, marketing or any other relevant business management related qualification
- Over 1 year relevant experience preferably in FMCG, Beauty or Retail Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Training/Coaching ability
- Creative and collaborative problem solver
- Passion for brand and customers
- Good team player
