The Customer Care Executive will play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and oversee the overall customer experience .By interacting with clients and maintaining strong relationships and helping to improve service standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and well taken care of
  2. Address customer complaints and concerns
  3. Staff training on customer expectations & salon policies to keep the team updated on customer care best practices
  4. Set the brand image and ensure brand consistency
  5. Manage customer retention programs
  6. Respond to client reviews
  7. Ensure service quality and standards

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Degree in public relation, marketing or any other relevant business management related qualification
  2. Over 1 year relevant experience preferably in FMCG, Beauty or Retail Industry
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Training/Coaching ability
  5. Creative and collaborative problem solver
  6. Passion for brand and customers
  7. Good team player
