The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for managing the day to day interactions with clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction .

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Book and confirm appointment details, date, time, stylist and services requested

2.Client management & communication by answering

3.Update & maintain client records

4.Team coordination and communication by ensuring smooth communication between clients and stylists regarding client preferences and special requests

5.Create personalized client experiences such as preferred stylist, product and work to accommodate these preferences

6.Optimize the stylists schedules to make sure their schedules are balances

7.Manage client flow and service timeliness by ensuring adequate buffer times and monitoring client flow

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Diploma in public relations/marketing or any other relevant business related qualification

2.Over 1 year of experience in customer service

3.Good team player

4.Creative and collaborative team player

5.Passion for brand and customer
